A seminal research paper drawing on a wide range of knowledgeable thought leaders that set the scene for the implementation of the NDIS and its framing within broader policies on disability

This resource is one of those that you don't consult often but you want it on your (virtual) shelf to check something and see if that issue has already been thought about.

Will it guide a particular decision on 'should we', 'can we' get into a particular service type or individual support decision.  No it won't.  But it stands as a corrective to getting lost in the moment - losing vision and forgetting why the NDIS was set in motion.  And reflect on this.

The bits of this exceedingly good piece of comparative research and analytical thinking that are mostly highlighted are the stories of people.

Where does that sit in our communications and our thinking?
